LANDMARKS
ANZAC WAR MEMORAIL
This Iconic landmark is a combined restoration and extension of the existing war memorial in Hyde Park. This complex concrete construction combined modern building methods such as waffle pod construction and off form precast concrete solutions to build a stunning cascading water feature to compliment and complete the final instalment of the original pool of reflection design. Underneath the cascading waterfall the new hall of service was built as an orientation space for the public as a walkway to create the journey into the existing war memorial from Liverpool street.
Inglis Warwick Farm Race Course
The construction of a brand new five star hotel surround by the first class stables and selling arena.
Conzpec were proud to be engaged for all of the concrete construction for this landmark project delivered to the highest standard.
Western Sydney International Dragway
Conzpec were engaged to replace a worn out drag race strip and replace it with a brand new high spec drag strip. This is a delicate and unique balance of civil concrete construction meets industrial concrete construction and Conzpec are the only concrete company in Sydney with the required skills and equipment to deliver this blend. This project also consisted of upgrade the grandstand, ticket and marshalling areas and other miscellaneous around the iconic facility.
INDUSTRIAL
Bluestar Logistics Warehouse
The project consisted of the construction of two logistical warehouses. This project included a covered breezeway area in between the joining buildings, two offices and drivers quarters as well a hardstand areas surrounding the warehouses.
CSR Ingleburn Adaptive Reuse
A large scale refurbishment consisting of warehouse slab infills, approximately 18,000m2 of external hardstand area surrounding the warehouses, kerbs, various other concrete drainage works and lintel hook ups.
Breville Distribution Centre
These works consisted of warehouse slabs, office slabs, recessed loading docks, external hardstand, retaining walls, footpaths, and kerb & gutter as well as various other drainage systems.
Toyota Oakdale
Over 35000m2 of warehouse facility, 300m2 of office space and 18000m2 of hardstand and loading areas
Mirvac Calibre Development
Building 1 and 2 with a combined warehouse floor space of over 35000m2, 15000m2 of hardstand and loading areas and additional office space and purpose built service and repair facilities
Mainfreight Distribution Centre
2 Warehouses approximately 20,000m2 each, 1,000m2 of office and 25,000m2 of hardstands purpose built warehouse distribution facility
Direct Freight Kemps Creek
This large purpose built facility boasts over 90000m2 of concrete and has been constructed with multiple methods of concrete construction ranging from an innovative joint less conventional flat floor slab construction, Tied combination fibre reinforced flat floor construction to receive a 200m long conveyor, joint less conventional hardstand pavement, conventional hardstand pavement, PT slab construction and workshop and truckwash construction.

This large industrial facility incorporates over 15000m2 purpose built offices, over 1000m2 of warehouse offices, over 28000m2 of warehouse flat floors, and over 18000m2 of hardstand areas.

DHL Oakdale - Warehouse Facility
This warehouse facility was completed on a design and construct basis and included the construction of the warehouses, two separate double storey office buildings, dock office facilities, recessed docks, hardstand areas and car park facilities.
Bungarribee Industrial Estate warehouse facility
This development consisted of two (2) projects side by side including slab work to warehouses, ground & suspended offices, recessed loading docks, pump & sprinkler slab, foot paths and hardstand areas to carparks.
CIVIL
M5 West Connex
This project consisted of over 1 km Recyfix Hicap slotted channel drain, Approx. 1km of ACO SK power Drain, Stormwater pit construction and approx. 10000m2 of shared path construction
Fulton Hogan King Georges Rd Upgrade
This was a unique project consisting of the construction of the new on and off ramps and associated motorway lane construction. This project entailed multiple methods of concrete construction from lean mix sub-base pavements, Concrete reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP) slabs, ACO SK Power drain, Kerb and Gutters and shared paths.
Lend Lease Northern Rd, Stage 2
Consisted of 1500m2 of shared paths, driveways and median islands.
Camden Valley Way Upgrade
This major road upgrade consisted of various civil concrete works. This project consisted of lean mix sub-bases, medians, cycle ways, footpaths, pit risers and various concrete drainage works, lintel hook ups, kerb transitions, aco drains and no fines.
Richmond Road Upgrade – Stage 2
Predominately medians, cycleways, kerbs and transitions, pit risers and lintel hook ups and partial areas of lean mix sub base.
Bullaburra East Great Western Highway
This major road upgrade consisted of various civil concrete works. This project consisted of lean mix sub-bases, medians, cycle ways, footpaths, pit risers and various concrete drainage works, lintel hook ups, kerb transitions, aco drains and no fines.

Abacus Self Storage Brookvale
10,000m2 Commercial Multi Storey Storage facility complete with off form concrete construction, Flat floor construction and Tilt up panel construction.
Barker College
Over 4 levels of class 2 off form concrete walls and stairs, basement parking, classrooms, offices, basketball and multi-purpose courts complete with grand stands
Shore School North Sydney
The Most comprehensive Sporting facility constructed in a school today, this project consisted of 3 buildings complete with a purpose built competition compliant gymnastics facility, 3 basketball courts and grandstands , Olympic style gymnasium, ice baths, FINA surveyed and approved Olympic pool & facilities, Integrated offices and classrooms and topped off with architectural rooftop landscaped outdoor areas. All of these areas consisted of class 2 off form concrete, exposed aggregate and coloured concrete finishes.

Multi use facility completed with McDonalds, Shell service station and 10000m2 of hardstand facility.

This single story retail facility consisted of various concrete works including the building slab, loading docks, hardstand, walls, kerb and guttering, columns and footpaths.
